About these terms
These terms apply to the inviwork website, which Gatri Labs Inc. (“Gatri Labs”, “we”, “us”) operates. By using the site or sending a pilot request, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you share with us. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the site.
Who may use the site
The site is for business use by people who are at least 18. If you send us a request on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to share its information with us.
Pilots are agreed separately
The site doesn’t give you access to the inviwork product. Sending a pilot request doesn’t commit you or us to anything. Any pilot or product use will be governed by a separate written agreement between your company and Gatri Labs. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Our content
Gatri Labs owns the site and its content, including the text, design, graphics, animations, and the inviwork name and logo. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not:
- copy, modify or redistribute its content beyond that
- scrape or bulk-download the site
- use its content to train AI models
- frame the site
- use our name or logo without written permission
Acceptable use
When using the site, don’t:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
- probe, scan or test the site’s security without our written permission
- interfere with or overload the site, or send it malicious code
- submit the form automatically, in bulk, or with false or misleading information
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your company
We may block traffic or restrict access to protect the site and its users.
What you send us
You are responsible for what you submit. The pilot form isn’t a confidential channel unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with your company. Please don’t send confidential project documents, client data, or other people’s personal information through it. If you share ideas or feedback about inviwork, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you.
Not professional advice
The site describes how inviwork is designed to help construction teams. It is general information. It isn’t engineering, architectural, legal, safety, code-compliance or financial advice. It doesn’t replace licensed professionals, your contract documents, or your own judgement. Projects, drawings, records, names and figures shown on the site are illustrative examples.
Product previews
inviwork is in development. Features, connections, timelines and capabilities described on the site are our current plans. They may change or may not be released. Screens and agent outputs shown may be simulated. AI-generated work can contain mistakes and needs review by qualified people. Nothing on the site is a promise, guarantee or offer that binds us; only a signed agreement does.
Other companies’ sites and marks
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean that they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gatri Labs won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Changes
We may change the site at any time, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and not to anything that happened before.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction. This doesn’t take away any protections that the law where you live gives you and that can’t be waived.
General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site. Any separate written agreement with your company still applies to its own subject. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example to a successor company.
