The short version

• We collect what you type into the pilot request form, plus basic technical data any website receives.
• We use it to reply to you about a pilot. Nothing else.
• We don’t sell or share your information for advertising, and the site sets no cookies.
• We keep pilot requests for 24 months, then delete them. Write to legal@gatrilabs.com to see, correct or delete yours sooner.

Who we are

inviwork is a product of Gatri Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Gatri Labs”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the information described here is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at legal@gatrilabs.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the inviwork website and the pilot request form on it. If your company takes part in a pilot or uses the inviwork product, a separate written agreement governs the project information your team connects, and that agreement controls.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you request a pilot, you give us your name, work email, company, role, and a short description of where you would start. Please don’t include confidential project documents, client data, or details about other people in the form.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical details with each request, such as IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We use these to run and secure the site.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the referring site, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. It also counts when someone clicks “Request a pilot” and when a request is sent, never what the request says. It uses no cookies. It tells visitors apart with a hash of the request that resets every day and is discarded after 24 hours. So it can’t follow you from day to day, or from site to site, and we see only aggregate numbers.

What we don’t collect

We don’t use advertising or social media trackers, and we don’t buy information about you from other sources.

How we use it

• To respond to your pilot request. Replying, understanding your workflow, judging whether a pilot is a good fit, and setting one up with your team.
• To run, secure and improve the site. Keeping it available, preventing spam and abuse, and understanding which pages are useful.
• To meet legal obligations. When the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

We won’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list because you requested a pilot. Any follow-up about your request will say who it is from and how to stop further emails.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who handle it for us, under contracts that limit them to providing their service:

• Vercel hosts the website, processes the form, keeps short-term server logs, and provides our analytics.
• Cloudflare runs the check that confirms a pilot request comes from a person. It loads only when you open the request form, and receives information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to run the check.
• Resend delivers the email that notifies our team of your request.
• Our business email provider, when we reply to you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of our users or others, or to a successor if Gatri Labs is involved in a merger or acquisition. We never sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Where it is processed

Gatri Labs is based in the United States, and we and our service providers process your information there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Our providers take part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use standard contractual clauses where required.

How long we keep it

• Pilot requests: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If your company starts a pilot, we keep the contact details we need for that relationship for as long as it lasts.
• Notification emails: Resend deletes its copy after 30 days.
• Server logs: no more than 30 days.
• Analytics: the daily visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. We keep aggregate visit counts.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people at Gatri Labs who handle pilot requests. Our providers encrypt data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct it
• delete it
• stop contacting you

Email legal@gatrilabs.com from the address you used in the form. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will reply within 30 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. If you aren’t satisfied with our answer, tell us and we will review it. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t record your visit in analytics. Neither we nor any third party track you across other websites through this site.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies. When you open the pilot request form, Cloudflare’s check saves one entry in your browser’s local storage for its own use in running the check; it is not a cookie, and we don’t read it. Nothing else is stored in your browser. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t contact font providers. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Children

The website is for construction professionals. It isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

Canada. We use your business contact details only to communicate with you about your work and a possible pilot. Your information is processed in the United States and may be accessible to authorities there under U.S. law. You can request access or a correction as described above, and you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Australia, the EU, the UK and elsewhere. The rights described above apply to you too. Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries that you start. You may object to that use at any time by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell the people affected by email before it takes effect.
